Cocktail Attendant - Pool & Beach

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Welcome and orient guests to the pool and beach areas and maintain a positive guest experience
• Serve cocktails and beverages to guests and make recommendations
• Use Micros terminals to charge for cocktails and beverages
• Proactively anticipate guest/member needs and provide applicable services
• Observe areas for guest or operational needs and provide immediate services where required
• Communicate with guests regarding their needs and ensure they are met in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool and beach areas

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills are required
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is necessary
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed is required
