Beach & Pool Attendant

About the role

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain beach and pool areas for guests and owners
• Provide towels, lounge chairs, and assist with guest and owner requests
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Monitor pool and beach areas, reporting any safety concerns
• Work outside in a beautiful tropical setting every day!

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification required but can be provided
• Previous Recreational or Hospitality industry experience helpful
• Must possess strong verbal skills, attending to guests in a friendly, courteous, and diplomatic manner
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to organize work tasks efficiently
• Able to work with co-workers as part of a team
• Must work with minimal supervision

Pay

Starting wage of $25.02 (All new hires shall receive ninety percent (90%) of the applicable wage rate, but not less than the applicable minimum wage, during the first ninety (90) calendar days of employment)

Schedule

CoralTree Residence Collection schedules could start as early as 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am
