Responsibilities

• Plan the activity of the subordinate team based on department objectives.
• Ensure effective management of processes and activities within the department.
• Guarantee the achievement of performance indicators for both the team and individual roles.
• Prepare and implement the departmental budget as part of the company’s annual business plan and manage financial resources according to the approved budget.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for waste collection, temporary storage, and disposal on the premises.
• Adhere to occupational health and safety regulations (Labor Protection Law, General Labor Protection Norms, Specific Work Safety Norms, and applicable safety instructions), as well as fire prevention and extinguishing rules.
• Develop and implement team development and integration plans.
• Execute action plans to enhance team engagement and monitor performance improvements.
• Collaborate with internal/external clients and suppliers, adopting win-win solutions.
• Initiate and successfully implement process and activity improvements.

Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in warehouse leadership or management.
• Higher education.
• SAP ERP knowledge (an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
