We must ensure no duplicate content. Also we included "About the role" with some prose. Did we repeat location? It's fine.
Check for any boilerplate left: We removed EEO, privacy notice, unsolicited assistance, background check mention? We kept mention of background check? The posting says: "Certain roles at Tyson require background checks. If you are offered a position that requires a background check you will be provided additional documentation to complete once an offer has been extended." That's somewhat procedural but not boilerplate? It's about hiring process; maybe we should remove as it's akin to application instructions? It's not exactly instruction to apply but it's about hiring process. The instruction says remove application instructions. This is about background check after offer; could be considered part of hiring process but not strictly application instruction. Safer to remove? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Background check is not exactly application instruction but could be considered part of hiring process. I'd keep it maybe under a separate section? But there's no heading for hiring process. Might be considered boilerplate? I'd remove to be safe.
Also we removed "Hourly Applicants ONLY -You must complete the task after submitting your application to provide additional information to be considered for employment." That's application instruction, remove.
Also removed "Relocation Assistance Eligible: No" - we didn't include that; maybe we should include as it's substantive. It says Relocation Assistance Eligible: No. That's a fact about the job. Should we include? It's substantive. Could add under About the role or a separate section like "Relocation Assistance". But we have no heading for that; we could add a paragraph under About the role: "Relocation assistance is not eligible." Let's add.
Also "Work Shift 1ST SHIFT (United States of America)" - we have schedule; shift info maybe redundant. Could mention shift is 1st shift. Add to schedule paragraph.
Also "Certain roles at Tyson require background checks..." we removed.
Also "The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation." That's substantive about accommodation. Should include maybe under Physical Demands or Requirements. Add a line.
Also "Tyson is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." remove.
Also "We provide our team members and their families with paid time off; 401(k) plans; affordable health, life, dental,
