Cobb Artificial Insemination Person Labor PR03
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections have content.
We have:
- About the role: there is introductory paragraph: "Join the Cobb Family and Grow With Us! At Cobb, we’re passionate about helping our team members thrive—both professionally and personally. That’s why we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family in every stage of life. The best part- you’re eligible for benefits on day 1 of full time hire! Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour plus additional shift differential for evenings, nights and weekends." Also later "What’s in it for you? Our Competitive Benefits Include ..." That's benefits.
- Responsibilities: there is "Position Summary" and "Essential Duties And Responsibilities" and "Other duties, responsibilities, and activities:" etc. So we can put under Responsibilities.
- Requirements: there is a "Requirements:" block with work history criteria.
- Qualifications: maybe not separate; could combine with Requirements? But we can include Qualifications if there is content like "Previous work history will not apply to applicants who have been full time students consecutively for the last 36 months." That's part of requirements. Might be okay to put under Requirements.
- Skills: maybe not explicit; we could skip.
- Benefits: there is list of benefits: Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, Free Telehealth Services, Free Mental Health Services, Well-Being Support Programs, 401K & Stock Options, Company Paid Life Insurance, Free Education starting your first day on 175 -degree programs, Citizenship Assistance, Discounts on thousands of programs and services through Beneplace, Cobb Rewards, New Hire Referral and Referral Bonuses, Paid Vacations, Paid Holidays, Overtime Eligibility, Earned Time Off.
- Pay: Starting pay details: Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour plus additional shift differential... later "Starting pay - $19.05/hour". Also "Pay Range/Rate $19.05". So we have pay info.
- Schedule: "Company: Cobb Location: Pocomoke Farm Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9am to 5pm. Work schedule is subject to change based upon production needs."
Thus we can create sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove those.
We must preserve all substantive info. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can condense into lists where appropriate.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics like percentages, numbers, etc.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Thus produce something like:

We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, CCPA, etc. We removed those. Check for any duplicated content: we included "Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour plus additional shift differential..." in About the role and also in Pay. Might be duplication but it's okay to keep both? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. It's okay to have some duplication if it's in the original. However we might want to avoid duplication but it's not prohibited. However we could keep only one mention. But we need to preserve all info; duplication is not losing info. It's fine. Check for any missing info: Biosecurity/Animal Welfare Requirements, Physical Demands And Work Environment, Tools and Equipment, Environment, PPE, Chemicals, Safety, Relocation Assistance Eligible: No, Work Shift 1ST SHIFT, Pay Range/Rate $19.05 Incentives Annual Incentive Plan: No Long-Term Incentive Plan No, Certain roles at Tyson require background checks..., etc. Those are substantive details that we omitted. We must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include those as well. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we must include Biosecurity, Physical Demands, etc. However we need to fit into sections. We could add a section for "Biosecurity & Animal Welfare", "Physical Demands & Work Environment", "Tools & Equipment", "Environment", "Personal Protective Equipment", "Chemicals", "Safety", "Relocation Assistance", "Work Shift", "Incentives", "Background Check". But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. However we must include all substantive info; we can combine related items into sections like "Working Conditions" that includes Biosecurity, Physical Demands, Environment, PPE, Chemicals, Safety. But we must not lose detail. We can create a section "Working Conditions" with subpoints. But the instruction says use headings from the list (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says "use
