Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to ensure continuous flow of product through the production process.
• Ensure proper ingredients/supplies are used on the line.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Notify supervisor if machines require maintenance.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer.
• No additional job gaps in employment greater than 6 months in the past 36 months (extended to 18 months if laid off or providing child/elder care).
• Previous work history does not apply to applicants who have been full‑time students consecutively for the last 36 months.
• Available for an in‑person interview.
• Rehire criteria: minimum waiting period of 180 days; no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods.
• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

• Previous agricultural or production experience preferred.
• Must reside in the United States to be considered for an interview.
