Coating Operator

About the role

Coating Operators are responsible for applying protective coatings to various substrates using specialized equipment. This includes setting up machines, monitoring production processes, and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Operate coating machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor production processes and adjust settings as necessary
• Inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Follow safety protocols and participate in training programs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related experience in manufacturing or similar field
• Basic understanding of industrial safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Qualifications
