Job Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading furnace loads
- Cleaning, leak-checking, and maintaining furnace equipment
- Breaking down coating loads for the next operation
- Microscope inspection of tools for quality defects
- Maintaining supporting systems (vacuum, gas, water, etc.)
- Completing documentation (paper and digital)
- Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the work area
Qualifications
- Self-motivated individuals with a passion for craftsmanship
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience in cutter grinding or tool making is a plus—but not required
- Familiarity with machine maintenance practices
- Ability to read and understand technical blueprints, including GD&T specifications
