Responsibilities
- Aid in the planning and execution of the Varsity & JV Baseball program.
- Maintain discipline and conduct of student athletes to support the athletics program.
- Plan and execute coaching and practice sessions.
- Coach individual and group sessions, demonstrating game techniques.
- Develop and implement game strategies and position assignments.
- Oversee strength and conditioning programs for student athletes.
- Adequately adhere to NEPSAC & EIL rules and regulations/policies.
- Act as a mentor, both in baseball and life.
- Build positive relationships with all members of the Berwick Academy community.
Requirements
- Experience as a Club and High School Baseball coach preferred, but not required.
