Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description of school, mission, values, athletic department philosophy, position description, duties, qualifications, certifications. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not create those sections.
We need headings: maybe "About the role" (but we have "About The Trinity Preparatory School" and "As a Member Of The Athletic Department" which could be considered about the role). Could also have "Responsibilities" for duties. "Qualifications/Experience" for qualifications. "Skills" maybe not separate; but we could combine qualifications and skills. The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose appropriate headings based on content.
We have content: About the school and athletic department philosophy (could be About the role). Then Position Description (maybe Responsibilities). Then Essential Duties And Responsibilities (list). Then Qualifications/Experience (list). Then Certifications Required (maybe under Qualifications or separate). Could also have Skills (maybe from qualifications). But we should not create thin sections; better to have a few substantive sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications.
We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them into paragraphs and lists.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. At end there is "Application Requirements Interested candidates should complete an application through the link below: Employee Nondiscrimination Policy Trinity Preparatory School is an Equal Opportunity Employer." That's boilerplate; we should remove application instructions and EEO statement. Also "Application Requirements" line is boilerplate; remove.
Also duplicate lines: "All Trinity Prep coaches are expected to embrace the school’s philosophy of encouraging students to participate in multiple sports teams at Trinity, rather than focusing on one sport and playing it year-round. As a coach, your responsibility is to help develop a well-rounded student-athlete with balance and objectivity." appears twice; we should keep only once.
We need to preserve all substantive info: school description, mission, values, founding, affiliation, faculty, student body, athletic department commitment, philosophy, position description, core competencies, coaching leadership competencies, duties list, qualifications list, certifications.
We need to format as HTML fragment: use for section headings, - for lists,
for prose.
We must not repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it). So no heading for "Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach". Also do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings.
We need to decide sections:
- About the role: could include school description, mission, values, athletic department philosophy, position description overview.
- Responsibilities: could include essential duties and responsibilities list.
- Qualifications: could include qualifications/experience list and certifications.
We could also include a section "Core Competencies" but not in allowed headings; but we could embed within About the role or Responsibilities. Probably better to keep to allowed headings.
Thus:
About the role
Trinity Preparatory School is an independent, coeducational, college preparatory school ... (include mission, values, founding, affiliation, faculty, student body, athletic department commitment, philosophy). Also include position description: "The Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at Trinity Preparatory School works closely with the Head Coach to plan and direct the conditioning, training, and performance of our student-athletes in our Varsity baseball program. This Assistant Coaching position and all of the duties of the position must be conducted in adherence with the policies, rules, and regulations of Trinity Preparatory School and the Florida High School Athletic Association." Also include core competencies and coaching leadership competencies? Might be part of About the role.
But we need to preserve all specifics: The core competencies list: Demonstrates Self-Awareness, Ensures Accountability, Communicates Effectively, Cultivates Innovation. The coaching leadership competencies: Build Effective Teams, Decision Quality, Directs Work. We should include those as a list maybe under About the role.
Thus About the role section will have paragraphs and maybe a list for core competencies and coaching leadership competencies.
Then Responsibilities: list of essential duties and responsibilities.
Then Qualifications: list of qualifications/experience and certifications.
We must not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
Now ensure we don't include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Now produce HTML.
Let's craft content.
About the role paragraph: combine school description, mission, values, founding, affiliation, faculty, student body, athletic department commitment, philosophy, position description overview, core competencies, coaching leadership competencies.
We need to be careful not to duplicate sentences.
Let's extract school description:
