About the role
Coach - Girls Volleyball (Middle School; up to 4)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage volleyball teams for middle school students
- Work closely with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and community members
- Ensure adherence to district policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality of student, family, and staff information
- Develop and implement effective strategies for student success
- Support the growth and development of young athletes
Requirements
- Previous volleyball coaching experience preferred
- Previous experience working with middle school age students preferred
- Strong leadership and time management skills
- Effective decision-making skills within the context of district policies
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and community members
- Experience working with diverse students and families
Qualifications
- Current certification in coaching volleyball
- Knowledge of middle school student development and learning
- Experience with sports administration and management
