Responsibilities
- Aid in the development and execution of daily practice plans and training sessions.
- Support event coaching, addressing the unique needs of each athlete.
- Lead warm-ups, drills, and conditioning sessions.
- Foster a positive and supportive team culture.
- Prepare for meets, managing logistics and coaching during competitions.
- Provide feedback and evaluations to enhance athlete performance.
- Collaborate with the Head Coach and other coaching staff for program success and growth.
- Maintain a focus on the academic and athletic goals of student-athletes.
- Attend team meetings and communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school staff.
Qualifications
- Previous coaching experience in soccer (preferred but not required).
- A strong passion for developing athletes and promoting teamwork.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- The ability to motivate and encourage student-athletes.
- Maintain certification with the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL).

- Season Length: September - October 2026
- Compensation: $1,440
- Hours: Practices typically after school hours, with additional time for meets and events.
