About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the team
- Manage player development and performance improvement
- Organize and conduct matches in accordance with league rules
- Maintain positive relationships with players, parents, and community stakeholders
- Collaborate with other coaches and administrators to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in coaching, education, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with sports administration and management
Qualifications
- Knowledge of youth sports development and coaching techniques
- Understanding of legal and ethical considerations in youth sports
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle stress and prioritize tasks effectively
Skills

- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using sports management software
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
