About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the team
• Manage player development and performance improvement
• Organize and conduct matches in accordance with league rules
• Maintain positive relationships with players, parents, and community stakeholders
• Collaborate with other coaches and administrators to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in coaching, education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with sports administration and management

Qualifications

• Knowledge of youth sports development and coaching techniques
• Understanding of legal and ethical considerations in youth sports
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle stress and prioritize tasks effectively
