Coach - Boys Soccer (Middle School)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement coaching strategies for middle school boys soccer players
- Work closely with middle school students, parents, teachers, administrators, and the community
- Maintain confidentiality of student, family, and staff information
- Ensure adherence to district policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Make effective decisions while acting within established policies
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and the community
Requirements
- Previous soccer coaching experience preferred
- Previous experience working with middle school age students preferred
Essential Skills
- Strong leadership and time management skills
- Effective decision-making skills while acting within district policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, administrators, community, and staff
