A Day in the Life
Hertz Local Edition (HLE) supports flexible, local rental solutions for various customers. As a Manager Trainee, you will:
- Support achievement of location sales goals
- Deliver excellent customer experience to enhance high customer service scores
- Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices
- Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control
- Aid in store operations and compliance
- Support team with miscellaneous tasks such as vehicle and facility care
- Assist with finance and administration tasks including reporting, documentation, and business metrics
- Build skills in leadership development, team leadership, scheduling, and performance coaching
- Prepare for future leadership roles through structured training
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 20 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow
- Exceptional time management skills
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Presentable attire
- Experience working in a professional environment
