COACH – AUSTIN, TX

Duties

• Welcome members, guests, and prospective clients with a positive attitude and a smile.
• Aid with membership questions, account updates, and general inquiries.
• Lead group training sessions with a focus on safety and proper technique.
• Create a fun, energetic, and motivating member experience.
• Manage member profiles, memberships, and class reservations using studio software.
• Complete InBody 570 certification and assist members with body composition assessments.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks.
• Promote and sell memberships, class packages, retail products, and studio services.
• Follow up with prospective members and trial participants as directed.
• Build strong relationships that support member retention and referrals.
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and event planning meetings.
• Collaborate with coaches and staff to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Support studio events, challenges, and community initiatives.
• Represent the Industrious brand, culture, and values at all times.

Required Certifications

• CPR & AED Certification (must be obtained within 60 days of hire)

Preferred Certifications

• NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
• ACE Certified Personal Trainer
• ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist or Personal Trainer
• NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or CPT
• CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
• Group Fitness Instructor Certification

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
• 2+ years of fitness experience
• Previous coaching, personal training, or group fitness experience is a plus
• Sales experience is a plus, but a passion for helping people is a must

Pay

$20.00 – $32.00 per hour
