Duties
- Warmly greet and send off athletes and drop-ins with a smile.
- Assist with membership inquiries, questions, and adjustments.
- Give a professional, detailed, and informative tour of Industrious to potential clients.
- Lead group classes and provide instruction on safe and proper movement, correcting movement when necessary.
- Create a fun, energetic, and inspiring athlete experience and environment!
- Operate membership sales software efficiently and effectively: create athlete profiles, set up and adjust memberships, etc.
- Complete InBody 570 certification.
- Aid members in testing and results analysis.
- Help uphold facility standards: stock retail, clean and stock restrooms/showers, vacuum and mop floors, etc.
- Attend team meetings.
Required Skills & Certifications
- CPR & AED (must be obtained within 60 days of hiring)
