About the role
We are looking for a visionary leader to serve as the Head Coach for our new Austin Flagship store. This role is not just about managing a retail floor; it’s about shaping the future of LSKD in a new market, building a dynamic team, and fostering a community that supports our brand beyond just great fashion.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team that embodies our brand’s values and culture
- Create a welcoming environment that encourages customer loyalty and community engagement
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and brand awareness in the Austin market
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service
- Collaborate with the US and AUS teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and execution
- Drive the store opening into a successful launch event that sets the tone for ongoing community involvement
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills and experience in retail or a related field
- A deep understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for LSKD’s mission and values
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant retail management experience
- Experience in opening and managing new retail locations
- Knowledge of retail operations, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management
