Responsibilities
- Conducting health assessments
- Administering vaccines
- Managing TB screening and respirator fit testing
- Providing first aid
- Supporting injury follow-up and Workers' Compensation processes
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Compiling reports
- Staying current on health trends and policies
- Effective communication
- Participation in safety committees
- Upholding the organization’s mission and values
Qualifications
- Nursing degree
- Current Missouri license (LPN or RN)
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
- BLS certification
