Co-Worker Health Nurse

Position: Co-worker Health Nurse responsible for delivering health services to employees, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting wellness initiatives. Key duties include: conducting health assessments, managing immunizations and screenings (TB, respirator fit testing), providing first aid, and supporting injury management and return-to-work processes. Responsibilities: serve as a primary health resource, oversee health programs, maintain confidentiality, prepare compliance reports, and stay updated on health trends and regulations. Qualifications: graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN or RN), current Missouri nursing license, minimum of 2 years hospital or clinical experience, and BLS certification. Skills and qualities: strong communication, attention to detail, adherence to safety and confidentiality standards, and ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
