Co-pack Machine Operator - Weekend Day Shift
The Basics
Position: Machine Operator
Location: N5252 Co Rd TT, Sheboygan Falls, WI
Shift: Weekend Day-Shift; Friday - Sunday; 5:30AM - 5:30PM
Pay: Starting rate: $23.33 per hour
Hourly wage includes an additional 4-HOURS of straight pay! Make up to $27.22 per hour through additional training & shift premiums!
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.
What You’ll Do
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Accurately complete required production documentation.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
- Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Attend start-up/tailgate meetings for team & company communications.

Product Security Sensitive

What We’re Looking For (Required)
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Previous experience with machines, heavily-automated environments, or previous general production.
- Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
