Co-pack Machine Operator - Weekend Night Shift

About the role

The Machine Operator position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic packaging, cutting, shrinking and labeling equipment that co-pack canister-style disinfectant wipes. This role works in a team environment at a machine that helps package the hard surface disinfectant product. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety-conscious environment.

What You'll Do

• Work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Accurately complete required production documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
• Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Attend start-up/tailgate meetings for team & company communications.
• This position has contact or influence over outbound shipments and is considered Product Security Sensitive.
• This position is designated as Safety-Sensitive (one in which the associate's inability or impaired ability to perform their job-related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate's safety or the safety of others).

Requirements

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist.
• Physical examination and pre-employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with machines, heavily-automated environments, or previous general production (preferred).
• Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills (preferred).
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Pay

Starting rate: $25.33 per hour. Hourly wage includes an additional 4 hours of straight pay & a $2.00 per hour shift premium. Make up to $32.28 per hour through additional training & shift premiums.

Schedule

Weekend Night-Shift; Friday - Sunday; 5:30PM - 5:30AM
