About the Role
The Co-Op Program provides opportunities for students to understand and become actively involved with sales, parts administrative, and/or service-related activities within the dealership. The program is a short-term employment opportunity, lasting for a semester or possibly throughout the school year.
Responsibilities
- Actively participates in project assignments centered around sales, parts, and/or service-related activities at the dealership.
- Participates in training relative to sales, parts, and/or service.
- Works with and shadows selected personnel to gain experience with various employment roles at the dealership.
Requirements
- Interest in an agricultural-related role with involvement in activities such as sales, service, parts, administrative, or other related work.
- Basic knowledge of database software, computer application systems, and ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
- Solid oral and written communication skills.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
