Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations and team leadership
- Lead opening and closing shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
- Supervise daily operations and ensure high-quality food and service standards
- Achieve accurate orders and prompt service aligned with company goals
- Maintain a clean, organized restaurant in compliance with company and health regulations
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve strong performance
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, OSHA regulations, and labor laws
- Provide coaching, feedback, and direction to team members
- Aid in scheduling, inventory, food ordering, and product forecasting
- Handle cash management and support cost control efforts
- Communicate regularly with the General Manager and Area Coach regarding operations and any issues (equipment, inspections, incidents, etc.)
- Drive sales, resolve operational challenges, and support overall business goals
Qualifications
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50–55 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a hot environment (up to 90°F)
- Comfortable working near high-temperature ovens (up to 650°F)
Work Environment
This position operates in a fast-paced, quick-service restaurant environment with frequent interaction with customers, team members, and kitchen equipment.
Pay Range
$17.75 - $20.75 per hour
