About the Role
As a full-time Windsor Co-Manager, you are the Store Manager’s “right hand.” You support the team in driving our mission statement in your store. You are responsible, in partnership with your Store Manager, for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. You coach and motivate a high-performing team of fashion-loving Assistant Managers and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Manager to achieve store productivity goals in sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.
- Support the team in executing the company’s mission and vision.
- Coach and motivate Assistant Managers and Stylists to maintain a high-performing team.
