About the role

FutureSight is seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead Reclaim, an AI-native denial management and revenue recovery venture. This is a co-founder partnership with meaningful founder equity, not a salaried executive role.

Market Context

  • 30-40% of denied medical claims go uncontested due to staffing and capital constraints.
  • Practices lose between $50,000 and $300,000 annually due to uncontestable denied claims.
  • Payer-side inefficiencies result in backlogs and high staff utilization.
  • The mid-market segment represents a $7.5B-$10B whitespace in the $16B+ total addressable market.
  • Insurance companies face similar challenges managing their own disputed claims.
  • Competitive landscape is crowded but offers an opportunity for a disruptor.

About FutureSight

FutureSight is a leading venture builder that co-creates world-class software companies with values-driven entrepreneurs. The partnership includes experienced founders, operators, and designers, such as John Carbrey, Krista LaRiviere, Alan Smith, Prathna Ramesh, and Johnny Tong.

What You'll Own

  • Set the venture's direction and lead its execution.
  • Refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing model, and product positioning.
  • Lead pilots with practice owners and revenue cycle leaders, convert them to paid engagements, and build the go-to-market motion.
  • Partner with the FutureSight product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate on user feedback.
  • Lead the seed raise, supported by FutureSight's network and traction.
  • Recruit and lead the founding team, establishing the company's cultural foundation.

Co-Founder Profile

  • Direct exposure to healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management.
  • Understanding of denial codes and nuances in administrative denials.
  • Experience in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency and ability to develop investor narratives.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
