CNO Analyst/Programmer 1
About the role
Provides custom software design and development of CNO tools and techniques. Designs and develops end-to-end data flow and tasking into CNO tools developed. Provides/authors documentation, participates in design, code, and software readiness reviews in accordance with the Government's software development procedures and processes.
Responsibilities
- Develops Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments;
- Develops UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments;
- Develops Embedded or mobile platform applications using proprietary, GOTS, or open source build environments;
- Provides/author documentation, participates in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes.
Requirements
- TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph;
- 2 years of experience required with a masters degree;
- 4 years of experience required with a bachelors degree;
- 8 years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree;
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering).
Qualifications
- Programs in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.

$71.51 - $96.83 per hour
