What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and automated production equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Support machine installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
- Work closely with production to minimize downtime and improve reliability
What We're Looking For:
- Experience maintaining CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting is a plus
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, servo systems, and machine controls preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced production environment
