CNC Technician (3rd shift)

Impact of this role and key deliverables

• Trouble shooting/ problem solving
• Fixture changes (will be trained)
• CNC set up
• Understanding of Tool offsets
• Blueprint reading
• Knowledge of cutting tools
• NC program comprehension
• Pre-setter experience
• CNC controls (e.g., Siemens, Fanuc, Mazatrol)

Requirements

• Comply with all Bocar Group 5S and safety programs/initiatives.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a technician role in a manufacturing operation capacity.
• Coordination and organizing abilities required.
• Effective and respectful communication skills with company employees, vendors, contractors, and all levels of management.
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High school and Technical career desirable
