CNC Setup Technician & Operator

About the role

Join a growing manufacturing team where precision, quality, and continuous improvement drive everything we do. We are seeking an experienced CNC Setup Technician & Operator to join our fast-paced, diverse, and safety-centric team.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating Haas CNC mills and lathes
• Reading blueprints, engineering drawings, and machining instructions
• Performing in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments
• Troubleshooting machining, tooling, and quality issues to maintain production efficiency
• Partnering with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to solve production challenges and improve manufacturing processes
• Supporting continuous improvement, safety, and manufacturing excellence

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of CNC machining experience, including machine setup and operation
• Experience machining steel, hardened steel, aluminum, and related materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements
• Solid understanding of the metric system, including tolerances and precision measurements

Pay

The compensation range that is listed is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
