CNC Setup Operator

About the role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC Machining Centers. This role challenges individuals to think creatively about part production, especially for specialized, small-batch orders.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Machining Centers
• Perform program edits at the machine
• Do multiple set-ups a day
• Work on 1st shift: Monday - Friday OR 2nd shift. Core hours are 3pm - 1am (Monday - Thursday)
• Contribute to a long-term working relationship with the company

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a job shop or machine shop
• Show up for work every day and put in your best efforts

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED

Skills

• Ability to think creatively about part production
• Experience with CNC Machining Centers
• Proficiency in performing program edits

Pay

Top pay plus 2nd shift premium if you work 2nd shift

Schedule

4-day work week; 2nd shift core hours are 3pm - 1am (Monday - Thursday)
