CNC Set-up Operator (Rollomatic)

We are currently seeking an experienced Rollomatic CNC Set‑Up Operator to join our team. The Rollomatic CNC Set‑Up Operator is responsible for setting up, programming adjustments, operating, and maintaining Rollomatic grinding machines to produce precision round tools. This role requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience with carbide tool grinding. Located in Reynoldsville, PA, within the Manufacturing / Tool Grinding department, this is a full‑time position.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Rollomatic CNC grinders (e.g., 529Xw, 620XS, 628WX, 630WX, Grind Smart series) for round tool production
• Read and interpret blueprints, tool drawings, and engineering
