About the role
The CNC Programmer II role is located at Regal Rexnord's designated office and significantly impacts safety, quality, delivery, and cost in the areas of automation and motion control.
Responsibilities
- Write programs for complex parts on multiple axes on various machining centers.
- Program horizontal machining centers including macro, sub-program, and variable programming.
- Program 4-axis lathes, 5-axis lathes, Y-axis lathes, and vertical machining centers.
- Solve "shop floor" problems and participate in Kaizen activities such as SMED, VSM, and 5S.
- Maintain program libraries and ensure revisions comply with NADCAP requirements.
- Edit G and M codes, perform macro-style programming, and manage multi-axis functions.
- Assist in uploading and downloading programs using Fanuc/Okuma/Mitsubishi CELOS controllers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred or 5+ years of manufacturing or industrial technical experience.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Esprit, SolidWorks, MasterCAM, and proficiency in G and M code editing.
- Knowledge of Fanuc/Okuma/Mitsubishi CELOS controllers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to analyze data.
- Must be a U.S. person as defined by federal export control laws.
Qualifications
- Must be able to extract and analyze data to make informed business decisions.
- Must possess Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Must have strong time and project management skills.
- Must be self-motivated and able to influence others without authority.
Skills
- Macro style programming.
- Multi-axis function programming.
- Programming on Fanuc/Okuma/Mitsubishi CELOS controllers.
- Editing G and M codes.

Pay
$30.00 - $40.00/hr.
