About the role
Develop CNC programs for milling, lathe, and multi-axis machines. Create and maintain technical documentation for programming processes. Select appropriate materials for machining operations. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency. Troubleshoot program errors and machine issues. Collaborate with production teams to ensure program accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC programming
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in G-code programming
- Experience with CAD/CAM software, especially Mastercam
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
