Evaluate and close technical NCMRs
Provide technical support across all shifts for manufacturing operators, maintenance associates, engineers, and supervisors
Support "lights out" operations
Serve as a backup for developing MPCDs (Manufacturing Process Control Documents) for fabricated products
Evaluate and close action item requests
Evaluate and close action item requests from pre-production review activities (NORP / Proview)
Experience and Education
- 3-5 years of related experience in CNC programming
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree (Manufacturing Technology or related) preferred
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of Amada and Mazak CNC programming software (e.g., Amada VPSS 4IE Blank, Dr. Abe Bend, Radan)
- Strong 3D modeling skills (SolidWorks)
- Experience with AutoCAD

- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- AutoCAD

Compensation
$70,000 - $85,000 annually
