CNC Programmer

Responsibilities

• Program to develop 2D and 3D geometrical parts
• 4 and 5 axis programming using MasterCAM software
• Program and analyze new job orders
• Update existing programs and setup sheets
• Create work instructions in the form of setup sheets
• Troubleshoot programs on the CNC floor
• Identify special tooling and requisition it
• Work with Manufacturing Engineers on machining processes
• Maintain the highest degree of safety at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience programming 4 & 5 axis CNC machines using MasterCAM
• 5 years’ CNC milling experience
• Tooling, fixturing, and material knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints
• High speed machining experience
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with AS9100 & ISO is a plus

Pay

$100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
