CNC Production Operator III - 1st Shift (Mon - Fri, 6am - 2:30pm)
- items.
- Requirements: "High School diploma, GED or equivalent preferred Basic ability to read blueprints/drawings. Mechanical aptitude. Mathematically literate. Communicate effectively. Ability to Read, Write and Speak English Knowledge of various types of equipment and processes such as: Air and power tools Rulers, tape measures and gages Ability to work independently."
Also "Physical Requirements" maybe separate? But we have no separate section for Physical Requirements unless we put under Requirements or maybe a separate "Physical Requirements" not in list of allowed headings. The allowed headings are limited: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So physical requirements could go under Requirements or maybe Qualifications. We'll include under Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe not separate; but we have "Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork". That could be Qualifications or Skills. Could be Skills. We'll treat as Skills.
- Benefits: "A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off and voluntary benefits."
- Pay: "Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $22.50 - $25.00/Hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)". Also note "Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits". This is pay info. We should include Pay section with that content. However the instruction says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does state pay range, so we can include Pay. However the phrase "Competitive base salary commensurate with experience:" includes "commensurate with experience" which is considered filler? The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). It seems they want to avoid sections where the content is just that phrase. But we have actual numbers. So we can include the full sentence.
- Schedule: Not mentioned. So we omit Schedule section.
- Qualifications: maybe we could put "High School diploma, GED or equivalent preferred" under Qualifications, but we already have that under Requirements. Could split: Requirements: experience/skills; Qualifications: education. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's decide: We'll put education under Qualifications, and other abilities under Requirements. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine education into Requirements. But we have separate "Qualifications" heading allowed; we could use it for education and maybe certifications. But we have no other qualifications. Might be thin. Better to put education under Requirements and not create Qualifications section.
- Skills: we have competencies values and maybe ability to work independently, communication, etc. Could put under Skills.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay.
Check that we preserve all substantive info: we need to include the company overview about TE Connectivity? The "About Te Connectivity" paragraph is about the company; maybe could be part of About the role? But the instruction: About the role section heading for e.g. About the role, Responsibilities... The "About Te Connectivity" is company description, not role. Could we include it under About the role? Might be okay but it's not exactly role. However we could include it as part of About the role (makes sense). Or we could omit because it's not role-specific? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep that company description somewhere. Where to put? Could be a separate section but not in allowed headings. Could we put it under About the role as a preamble? Probably acceptable.
Also need to include "Work Environment" etc. That's substantive. Where to put? Could be under Requirements or maybe under Responsibilities? It's about work environment. Could be under Requirements (maybe as part of job requirements). We'll include a bullet under Requirements: "Work performed in a shop environment. Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, and odors."
Also "Physical Requirements" details: continuous standing etc. We'll include under Requirements as bullet.
Also "Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork" under Skills.
Also "Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits" maybe under Pay.
Also note about incentive(s) not detailed; we can mention.
Now we need to strip boilerplate: EEO, fraud notice, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
Let's craft HTML.
We'll start with maybe not required; just headings and content.
We'll use
for each section heading. Inside each, we can have
for prose,
- for lists.
We'll need to ensure we don't include empty sections.

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, fraud notice. We removed those. Check for duplicate lines: we have not duplicated. Check for any content missing: we included "Ability to Read, Write and Speak English" as "Ability to read, write and speak English." Good.
