CNC Operator - Multiple Shifts

About the role

Job Summary MacLean-Fogg is hiring CNC Operators at our Plymouth, Michigan manufacturing facility. In this role, you will operate assigned CNC machines, monitor product quality, complete inspections, and support safe, efficient production across multiple shifts. Location: Plymouth, MI. Work Arrangement: On-site. Employment Type: Full-time / Hourly. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 5:45 AM‑2:00 PM, Monday‑Friday
• 2nd Shift: 1:45 PM‑10:00 PM, Monday‑Friday
• 3rd Shift: 9:45 PM‑6:00 AM, Monday‑Friday

Pay

$18.50‑$21 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned CNC machines independently for standard production runs.
• Monitor machine operation to maintain steady workflow and product quality.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of machine stoppages, alarms, and other minor issues.
