Here's a thinking process: 1. **Analyze User Request:** - **Goal:** Reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. - **Rules:** - Use `

` for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). - Use `
  • ` for lists of duties/requirements/benefits. - Use `

` for prose. - Do NOT repeat job title as heading (page already shows it). - Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings. - Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. - Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and other boilerplate. - IMPORTANT: Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. - Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. - Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no `/`, no markdown code fences. 2. **Analyze the Provided Job Posting Text:** Let me copy and parse the text carefully: About Kennametal With over 85 years as an industrial technology leader, Kennametal Inc. delivers productivity to customers through materials science, tooling and wear-resistant solutions. Let me break it down into meaningful sections based on the headings allowed: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But I need to map the content to these sections wisely, following the rules: - No heading unless there's real specific content. - No Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless stated. - Remove boilerplate (EEO, etc.) - Preserve all substantive info. - Use `

    ` for headings. - Use `
    • ` for lists. - Use `

` for prose. - Do NOT repeat job title as heading. - Do NOT include Job ID / requisition numbers. Let's identify natural sections in the text: - "About Kennametal..." -> This is clearly "About the company" or similar. The rules mention headings like "About the role", but also say "e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule". I think "About the role" might be a stand-in; I can use "About the Company" or just "About". But need to check if the rule says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, ...)". It doesn't forbid other headings, but likely expects those specific ones. However, it also says "IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So I need to see if there's content for "About the role", etc. Let's map the text paragraphs: 1. "About Kennametal With over 85 years..." - This is about the company. Could go under an "About" section, or maybe it's introductory prose. The rules say "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, ...)". I'll consider "About the Company" or just keep it as a paragraph if no heading fits, but likely I should create an "About" section. However, the rule says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." and "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The company description is specific content. I'll make an "About" section, maybe "About the Company" or just "About". But the examples list "About the role". I'll use "About" as h3, or maybe "Company Overview". To be safe, I'll check if the posting has a section clearly labeled "About". It starts with "About Kennametal...". So I can use `

      About

      ` or `

      About the Company

`. I'll just use "About" as the heading, since the text starts with it. 2. "CNC Operator - Entry New Market, VA 2nd shift: 2:45pm - 11:15pm or 3rd shift: 10:45pm - 7:15am" - This is the job title and shift info. The rule says "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So I should NOT use the job title as an heading. I can include the shift info in a `

` or fold it into a section, but not as a heading. I'll put it in a `

` at the top or bottom, but not as h3. 3. "Summary Operating an automated machine..." - This seems like a summary/prose. I'll put in `

      `. 4. "Duties Manufactures sufficient quantities..." - This is duties/responsibilities. I should use `

      Responsibilities

      ` or `

      Duties

`. The examples list "Responsibilities". I'll use "Responsibilities". Then list duties with `
      • `. 5. "Responsibilities are within the Manufacturing/Operations Function..." - This seems like more responsibilities or a note. Might be part of duties. 6. "Experience High School Degree 1-3 years experience Machine operation experience Requires vocational training..." - This is requirements/experience. I'll use `

        Requirements

        ` or `

        Qualifications

`. The examples list both "Requirements" and "Qualifications". I'll pick "Requirements" and list the experience/education parts. 7. "Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Basic troubleshooting..." - This is skills/abilities. I'll use `

        Skills

        ` or `

        Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

`. Maybe "Skills" as heading, and list them. 8. "Complexity Not much variability to day to day operation tasks Works with a moderate degree of supervision" - This could be part of responsibilities or a separate note, but I'll likely fold into responsibilities or skills. 9. "Kennametal Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer." - Boilerplate, remove per rules. 10. Also remove any application instructions, cookie notices, etc. Not present beyond EEO. Now, let's structure carefully, ensuring: - Only create sections with real content. - No heading + filler. - Pay/Schedule/Benefits not present, so omit those sections entirely. - Job title not as heading. - Use `

        ` for headings. - `
        • ` for lists of duties/requirements/benefits. - `

` for prose. Let's outline the HTML structure (without html/body): Maybe start with a `

` for the job title/shift info, since it's not a heading. Then `

          About

` with paragraph about Kennametal. Then `

          Responsibilities

` with list of duties. Then `

          Requirements

          ` with list of experience/education. Then `

          Skills

` with list of knowledge/skills/abilities. Check if any section should be omitted if thin. But each has substantial content. Let's parse the duties section text: "Duties Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand. Sets up equipment operation feed, speed, and temperature; follows established procedures for operating various conventional and/or CNC (computerized numerical control) manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling and stamping to fabricate, form or shape manufactured parts, tools or
