CNC Operator (BOISE, ID)

Express Employment Professionals are seeking CNC Operators.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 4:45 AM – 3:15 PM (occasional, required overtime on Fridays).

Pay

$20–22/hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes, mills, and other machinery to produce components.
• Perform machine set-up, operation, and maintenance.
• Load and unload materials.
• Inspect components using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Record inspection results.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of CNC experience or training.
• Knowledge of machine set-up, operation, maintenance, and cleaning.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Lifting up to 40 lbs.
