About the role
The CNC Operator is responsible for operating Computer Numerical Control machines to produce precise metal parts according to design specifications.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to fabricate metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Adjust machine settings based on part requirements
- Monitor production processes for quality control
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related manufacturing experience
- Proficiency with basic computer operations
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
Qualifications
- Experience with CNC machines
- Knowledge of metalworking techniques
- Strong attention to detail
Skills
- Proficient in using CAD/CAM software
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
