CNC Operator

ZHP Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Operator to join our team in Ann Arbor, MI. This position offers an opportunity to work on state-of-the-art machinery and contribute to the production of high-quality components.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce precise parts according to specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve production issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience in manufacturing or machining.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills, including operating CNC machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machines such as Mazak, Fanuc, or similar brands.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Skills

• Proficient in using CNC programming software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).
• Knowledge of metrology tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
