CNC Operator
About the role
We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team at the 2nd largest privately owned cabinet manufacturer in the US. Located in Culver, IN, this position offers competitive pay starting at $22.00/hour and weekly paychecks.
Responsibilities
- Participate in safety programs and attend daily meetings with leads.
- Take direction from supervisors and leads.
- Maintain production and quality standards.
- Operate CNC equipment to process necessary parts per move ticket specification.
- Run programs by use of computer.
- Complete any necessary documentation and paperwork.
- Follow all safety rules, JSA’s and work instructions.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner.
- Fix unsafe conditions if possible and report condition to supervisor.
- Be flexible to move within the department and plant as required by production demands.
- Follow all environmental policies.
- Be cross-trained in job prior to and after current position in process flow.

No experience necessary – we will train!

Active member of the natural work team.
