Position

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering precision and quality.

What You'll Do

- Operate CNC machines: loading raw stock, monitoring tool life, changing tooling, making offsets, and packaging products. - Conduct regular quality checks to maintain standards. - Meet or exceed efficiency and production rate targets. - Ensure machine integrity through routine maintenance and cleaning. - Record and document production data accurately.

What We're Looking For

Candidates should possess 1-2 years of CNC operator experience, capable of managing multiple CNC machines effectively. A commitment to exceeding customer expectations in terms of quality, efficiency, and timely delivery is essential.
