CNC Operator - 3rd shift

Responsibilities
- Operating CNC machines to produce quality parts safely and efficiently
- Monitoring multiple machines and processes simultaneously
- Using precision measuring equipment including: Micrometers, Calipers, Gauges, Optical Comparators, Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
- Recording production and quality data within our electronic systems
- Performing routine operator maintenance (TPM)
- Deburring and reworking parts when necessary
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Maintaining a clean, organized workstation using 5S principles
- Following all company safety and quality procedures
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Qualifications
Successful candidates are: Detail-oriented and quality focused, Dependable and self-motivated, Comfortable working with technology and precision equipment, Team players who communicate effectively, Interested in continuous improvement and learning new skills
Skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements
- Experience using precision measuring equipment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Basic shop math skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
