Responsibilities
- Operate HAAS CNC machine
- Load and unload parts
- Change offsets in the machine if needed
- Properly load programs to the machines
- Make tool changes and set tools
- Support and report issues to team lead/supervisor
- Follow all processes and procedures during the shift
- Escalate problem areas to shift team lead/supervisor as appropriate
- Ensure jobs are run in a timely manner for on-time delivery
- Quickly turn around parts and maintain accuracy within established guidelines
- Complete operator PMs during shift
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High standard of attention to detail
- Solid commitment to customer or employee service
- Able to manage time and prioritize work effectively
- Demonstrated teamwork skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools for correct tolerances
- Previous experience in a CNC manufacturing facility
