This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Pay

$26–$30 per hour based on experience, with overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate vertical milling machinery while adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations.
  • Inspect product to print, identify flaws or defects, and perform deburring as needed.
  • Interpret drawings, specifications, process sheets, program readouts, and shop orders to plan and verify work.
  • Obtain tools from the tool crib, select holders, mount, secure, and verify tool accuracy.
  • Interpret route sheets, diagrams, and instructions to determine proper operation sequences.
  • Perform calculations for tool depth and compensation adjustments.
  • Move completed material to the next workstation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

  • One-year certificate from a college or technical school (preferred).
  • Extensive experience with Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs).
  • Proven ability to perform machine setups independently.
  • 5–10 years of CNC setup experience.
  • Experience with program editing and modification.
  • Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
  • Working knowledge of G-Code and M-Code programming.
  • Experience operating and troubleshooting Fanuc controllers.
  • Familiarity with machining cast iron and cast components.
