CNC Milling Machinist - 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Transform semi-finished molybdenum and tungsten products into complex components using CNC machines.
• Set-up and operate Horizontal and Vertical, 5 - Axis CNC machines.
• Contribute to multi-machine operations.
• Understand and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Use various measuring equipment including hand tools, CMM, and optical comparators.
• Perform simple program edits as needed.
• Set up complex jobs using work instructions or guides.

Qualifications

• CNC Machinist Level 2 or 3.
• Machine types: Kiwa and Okuma, with Fanuc and Okuma controls.
• Ability to set-up and operate Horizontal and Vertical, 5 - Axis CNC machines.
• Ability to contribute to Multi machines operation.
• Ability to understand Blueprints and GD&T.
• Fully fluent in using all types of measuring equipment from hand tools to CMM and Optical comparators.
• Read and understand G and M codes.
• Ability to perform simple program edits as needed.
• Ability to set up complex jobs using work instructions or guides.

Pay

Pay range: $29-$35 + Bonus plan.
