CNC Mill Specialist - 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities
- Set up CNC milling machines with the correct attachments and parts to perform the job.
- Operate and monitor the machines to ensure they are running correctly.
- Enter instructions into the CNC equipment based on blueprints, plans, and work orders.
- Use software like Mastercam to program the machines.
- Identify and resolve issues with machine programming or operation to ensure smooth production.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and maintain the equipment to keep it in good working order.
- Work closely with engineers, project managers and other team members to meet production goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED-General Studies
- Certificate-Machine Trades or equivalent work experience
- Preferred: Valid identification and the ability to work legally in the United States
- 3 years experience operating CNC milling machines and programming them using relevant software
- Proficiency in CNC programming and operation, particularly milling machines
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Able to use a computer, calculator, read and write in English and do shop Math
- Familiarity with MasterCam X (ability to back plot programs, and measure dimensions)

Pay
The typical pay range for this role is $28.50-$42.75/hour. This role is also eligible for a 5% quarterly bonus target.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
