CNC Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.
• Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues.
• Identify and replace parts as necessary.
• Complete testing and make adjustments of parts as needed.
• Complete planned and preventative procedures.
• Work with a sense of urgency during machine down conditions.
• Run tests and interpret results to make effective recommendations.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma; technical certificate is a plus.
• Experience repairing and testing pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Minimum 2-5 years of CNC Maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with CNC control systems (such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Okuma) and basic Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills to run multiple software applications, such as Excel, Word, Notes, etc.

Pay

Starting pay: $29.31 per hour.

Schedule

Monday - Thursday, 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM. Weekly pay schedule.
